About Haider Shamsi

Haider Shamsi is a pharmacist, health economist, and HTA specialist at the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi. Previously a Technical Lead at the UK’s National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), he has led assessments of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, and innovative health technologies.
